When can I expect my delivery?

Your pumpkins will be delivered during the week you selected at checkout. Preferred week of delivery is subject to availability, however, please know that we will do our best to get them to you when you request. The week prior to your chosen delivery week, you will receive an email with your specific delivery day. This helps us create the most efficient delivery routes so that we can best serve our clients.

If you have a specific delivery date or event date in mind, please contact us directly and we’d love to discuss how we can help meet your needs.

How long will my pumpkins last?

We prep our pumpkins to resist bugs, rotting, mold and to last through the heat. We wash, dry and spray each pumpkin with a special compound to prolong their life through Thanksgiving. That being said, pumpkins are food and are perishable, however, we do our best to give your pumpkins a good start to help them last.

How can I maintain my pumpkins once I get them?

It is best practice to keep your pumpkins on a flat, dry surface to prevent saturation and rotting from the bottom. If it rains, you can carefully dry the pumpkins, then give them a light spray with water and vinegar mixture (3:1 water to vinegar ratio) to repel bugs and mold. (Vinegar odor will fade once dry, but will still be noticeable to insects, squirrels, etc.).

What if I want to add something to my order later on?

No worries! You are more than welcome to make any additional purchases prior to delivery. Simply email, DM, or fill out our contact form with your order numbers and our team will make sure that any and all purchases under your address will be delivered together. However, if you would like to add something after delivery/install, we require an additional $75 delivery fee for our team to come back out. Thank you for your understanding!
